Crash of the MPC when I load a project

Hello,
I'm having a problem with the software.
Once I edit a project using the MPC Control Manager and save it to the MPC, the machine crashes when I load it.
Maybe I'm not doing it the right way. Is there a tutorial or manual that could walk me through the steps one by one?
