A parallel bass distortion: the low-pass branch preserves a clean bottom while the high-pass branch feeds hard clipping. Adjust the two filter frequencies around 190-240 Hz and rebalance the Audio Mixer gains. Audio input or Insert FX is required. This split-band design differs from a serial drive/cabinet preset.
Play it in MPC Mod-Synth
- Download the .mpcpatch file.
- In the app, open Menu → Patch → Open patch and select the file.
- Play using the keyboard or MIDI. For live effects, enable Audio Input and connect your instrument.
You can also find this preset by title in Menu → Community presets. Compatible effect chains can be inserted into your current patch using Insert FX.
